Our hosting service creates routine logs that may include an IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. Aggregate log data helps maintain the site and show which content is useful. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How the Data Is Used
These limited records support site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and content updates. We neither sell a visitor list nor create profiles of individual visitors.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to government portals, Maryland and Anne Arundel County offices, library collections, and outside search services. Information entered on a linked service is controlled by that service's privacy terms. The same is true for the outside company that supplies sponsored search results.
Who Might See Your Data
Service providers that host and support this site process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We will disclose data if a valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
How We Protect Your Data
The site is served over an encrypted connection. We retain server logs only as long as needed for the purposes above. Because we do not run accounts, there is no password or profile of yours to breach on this site.

This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Maryland Privacy Rights
The Maryland Online Data Privacy Act, Commercial Law ยงยง14-4601 through 14-4613, may provide rights concerning personal data held by a covered private controller, including access, correction, deletion, and certain opt-outs, subject to the law's scope and exceptions. Use the Contact page to ask us to check our contact mailbox and server logs. Government records held by Anne Arundel County or Maryland agencies are outside our control. The Act excludes public information from its definition of personal data, so correction, shielding, or removal requests for an official record must go to its custodian.
